We learn that ego is not an entity
but activity that convinces
we are separate independent and free..
The truth lies else wise :
we are not separate as fragment
but connected and whole and
only free with this Recognition..
The mind labels as ego
this seeming fragmentary "I"
and the world marches on
with egos by the billions
from birth to death on dark paths
both happy and dreary..
A story copied again and again
appears as our lot pending
sighting of a new morning...
