Ground of Being

Perhaps initially

it seems the subtle object

which is experienced

as underlying witness to

appearances all around..

But then it moves

to absorb the appearances

and it is discovered:

the appearances

were never separate 

from that subtle object

which is not an object

but the transparent
and imperturbable
