The real meditation
Disentanglement
from clinging attachments
is the first step..
Turning the attention away
from those attachments
toward the emptiness
of the Self..
Resting in the emptiness
and realizing the reality
of this experience of unlimitedness
in which the clinging has ended..
Meeting the Self..
The real meditation..
And there is more..!
Those former attachments
are found merged
in the Self
and made of the Self..
Now we know that
meditation is not what we do
but what we are...!
